It’s our desire to create a strong cross-cultural church that bridges the gap between people groups and ministers to individuals at the point of their need. In doing so, we will become a visible manifestation of the invisible Kingdom of God!
As a body of believers, we join together in celebration of our covenant with God on Sunday mornings. We are thankful because of the sacrifice of God’s Son for our sins. Our Pastors
Pastors L.D. and Rhonda Roessler
Pastors L.D. and Rhonda Roessler have been in the ministry for over thirty-eight years. They have been in pastoral ministry and planting churches for over thirty years. Along with pastoring they have traveled globally preaching in churches, conferences, and crusades. Millions have been blessed through their ministry.
In 2000, while living in Columbus, the Roesslers felt God calling them to Findlay. On the first Sunday of April 2005 what they felt in their hearts became a reality. They became the Senior Pastors of Empowered Church in Findlay, Ohio.
Today, the church has grown from a small group of people to a thriving cross-cultural church that is impacting Findlay and northwest Ohio. Pastor Roessler has been a guest on TBN's Praise The Lord and is requested frequently to be a guest on several live radio shows from Toledo to Lima, Ohio.
You may be wondering, "What kind of pastors are the Roesslers?" They are friendly, welcoming, and loving people. They are committed to helping people connect with their divine purpose in God. They are committed to teaching and preaching a "balanced Bible faith message" with a prophetic influence that will empower your life to go to new levels in God. You will find their love for people is genuine, and their love for God is passionate. They love spending time with their family and playing with their grandchildren
Ministries
Nursery
For ages 0-3 every Sunday morning during our normal service time. Our trained staff will show your little one the love of Christ through one-on-one attention, prayer, playtime, and provision.
Empowered Kidz
For ages 4-11. Empowered Kidz is a weekly Sunday morning live production that takes place during our 10:00 am service. With the use of music, props, skits, and interactive lessons, your child will gain an exciting and lasting impression of God’s Word!
Empowered Women
Empowered Women’s Ministry is led by Pastor Rhonda Roessler and meets every month for a special time in the Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with other women.
Worship
Under the direction of Nikki Lamb, the Empowered Church Praise Team rocks the house every week with harmonious worship and praise to the King! Join us for worship this Sunday at 10:00am.
Audio Ministry

Hospitality
Here at Empowered Church, hospitality is a vital part of our church. You’ll see our volunteers hard at work during our many fellowship functions, annual Christmas Banquet, Veteran’s Banquet, and Valentine’s Day Banquet – all free events for the community!
Ushers/Greeters
When you walk through our doors, our greeters will meet you with a smile, a warm handshake, and a hearty hello. This is our way of showing we value you and are glad to have you with us!
